1. to recognise what the producers are trying to introduce.
2. rejecting the intended message and making your own opinion.                           
3.This makes people think that young people are dangerous and violent.
4. Young people are seen as violent because they angry and  need to take it out on other people.

    The oppositional reading for the macdonald's advert is that it is seen as being delicious and people      wanting to eat it.

    The negotiated reading for the macdonald's advert is that it is seen as delicious ad people wanting        to eat.This is because it has stuff that is unhealthy therefore some people think it is disgusting.

   The preferred reading for the macdonald's advert is that because there food is unhealthy it means         that there food is nice.
